BIRCH ROOT BEER

★ 2 cups water
★ 1/4 cup molasses
★ 1/2 cup honey & maple sugar
★ 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
★ 4 tbsp. birch beer extract

bring to boil - 30 min. simmer

ORANGE

★ 2 cups water
★ 2 cups sugar
★ 1 cup orange juice
★ 1/2 tbsp. citric acid
★ 4 tbsp. orange zest
★ 3 sprigs spearmint*

15 min. simmer
*optional

CREAM

★ 1 tbsp. 100% maple syrup
★ 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract

mix cool

CHERRY VANILLA

★ 2 cups cherry juice
★ 1/2 cup sugar
★ 1/2 tbsp. vanilla extract

15 min. simmer

STRAWBERRY

★ 1/2 lb. mashed strawberries
★ 3/4 cup sugar
★ 3/4 cup water
★ 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

simmer till syrup

WATERMELON

★ 1/4 cup water
★ 3/4 cup sugar
★ 10 cup diced watermelon
★ 3/4 cup lime juice

blend cool

MAPLE CREAM

★ 3 tsp. 100% maple syrup
★ 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
★ ice

mix cool

SOUR CHERRY LIMEADE

★ 1 cup water
★ 1/2 cup sugar
★ 1 1/2 frozen sour cherries OR 8 oz maraschino cherries
★ 1 lime zest
★ 4 tbsp. lime juice

15 min. simmer

MULLED CIDER

★ 2 cups apple cider
★ 3/4 cup sugar
★ 2 cinnamon sticks
★ 2 allspice berries
★ 1 clove
★ lemon juice

15 min. simmer

LEMON GINGER ALE

★ 2 cups water
★ 1 lemon
★ 1/3 cup chopped ginger
★ 1/2 cup maple

5 min. boil - 10 min. simmer - 25 min. steep
